DBR Australia adopts a project management approach to all business consulting activities and works collaboratively with you. Led by a professional project manager, DBR Australia approaches each consultancy service assignment as a discrete project. Accordingly, our approach to each consultancy service includes the broad phases of initiation, planning, execution and closure. Documentation to support governance and communication is appropriately tailored and scaled for the scope and duration of the engagements.

Troubled Projects

Do you have projects which are not meeting the needs of the stakeholders or running over time or over budget? DBR Australia can work with and guide your project management workforce through the application of experience to put your projects back on track. DBR Australia can provide guidance, mentoring and ongoing support to move your workforce from 'trained' to 'competent', ultimately resulting in the delivery of better capability.

Need a Qualification?

DBR Australia has the ability to undertake Recognition of Current Competency (RCC)/Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessments or undertake flexible or face-to-face training against a range of qualifications. Please contact us for details.

Need Professional Certification?

DBR Australia has the ability to undertake professional certification assessments on behalf of the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM). AIPM have three levels of certification for professional Project Managers. The levels are:

• Certified Practicing Project Practitioner
• Certified Practicing Project Manager
• Certified Practicing Project Director

Once you have joined the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM), DBR Australia assessors will provide you with a Portfolio of Evidence Toolkit to assist you in the preparation and presentation of your evidence, and assist you throughout the RegPM competency assessment process.
